Parcul eolian era deținut de firma Energo Proiect, patronată de Sorin Bădău. Prețul tranzacției a fost stabilit 14,73 milioane euro. Cu o zi înainte de finalul anului 2021, pe 30 decembrie, SAPE i-a plătit lui Sorin Bădău un avans de 7,365 milioane euro.
Tranzacția de la finalul anului 2021 a fost perfectată la cabinetul notarului Iulia Scântei, actualmente judecător CCR. Onorariul notarial pentru jumătate din tranzacție a fost calculat la aproximativ 365.000 de lei, plus TVA în valoare de 69.253 lei. Suma încasată de Laura Iuliana Scântei se va dubla la finalizarea tranzacției, dacă va taxa cu aceeași sumă compania din subordinea colegului ei de partid.
Parcul eolian trebuia să intre integral în proprietatea SAPE, respectiv a statului român, încă din vara acestui an. Dar, surpriză: extrasul de Carte Funciară nr. 71071 arată că asupra centralelor eoliene și a construcțiilor este intabulat un drept de ipotecă pentru suma de 666.678 euro în favoarea companiei Energo Proiect SRL.
Suma de bani reprezintă diferența de preț neîncasată de societatea lui Sorin Bădău. Ceea ce înseamnă că tranzacția nu s-a finalizat.
Cu toate acestea, SAPE susține că a dobândit dreptul de proprietate integral asupra activului la data de 20 mai 2022, dată de la care a început amortizarea investiției. Mai mult, Bogdan Stănescu a transmis că „din informațiile publice rezultă că ipoteca la care faceți referire nu se confirmă. Plata tranzacției a fost efectuată integral”.

Pentru funcția de președinte al Consiliului de Administrație al Depogaz, companie care înmagazinează subteran gazele naturale, a încasat puțin peste 212.000 lei
Stănescu și-a început activitatea publică în anul 1997 la Direcția Regională a Vămilor Galați. Apoi a fost angajat avocat definitiv la „Gorghiu, Pop și Asociații”, cabinet de avocatură ce aparținea Alinei Gorghiu, fosta președintă a PNL.
De la casa de avocatură, a ajuns în anul 2010 consilier al viceguvernatorului BNR. Funcție pe care o deține și în prezent. Din 2013, a lucrat în paralel pe funcția de consilier al ministrului Economiei.
Bogdan Stănescu a lucrat toată viața la stat. În anul 2010 și-a cumpărat un apartament în București. A achiziționat alte două apartamente în Bușteni în anul 2012.
