Jurnalistul constănțean Marius Florian Vasile de la publicația online ”Tomis News” a fost condamnat joi la 1 an și 4 luni cu suspendare pentru că a înjurat și amenințat doi procurori DNA , au stabilit magistrații Secției Penale a Judecătoriei Constanța. Decizia nu este definitivă.
Judecătorii au mai stabilit ca pe parcursul supravegherii jurnalistul să facă o muncă neremunerată în folosul comunităţii pe o durată de 60 de zile la Căminul de Bătrâni din Constanța, din cadrul Serviciul Public de Asistenţă Socială, sau la Spitalul Județean Constanța.
Jurnalistul Marius Florian Vasile a fost reținut pentru 24 de ore, în decembrie 2021, după ce i-a amenințat pe procurorii DNA Constanța Andrei Bodean, șeful serviciului teritorial, și Ciprian Bodu, spunându-le că ”îi calcă pe cap” și ”are patru parlamentari” cu care o să-i „facă varză”.
Jurnalistul a fost ulterior eliberat și trimis în judecată la finalul cercetării procurorilor de la Parchetul de pe lângă Judecătoria Constanța.
