Fostul șef al DNA Constanța Mihai Stanciu este procurorul plimbat la mese cu polițistul Ionuț Voinescu în ancheta DNA din Portul Constanța. Precizăm că presa a relatat despre cum un procuror apărea în discuțiile pe care polițistul Voinescu le avea cu ofițerul DNA sub acoperire, pentru a ”gira influență sporită”.
Mihai Stanciu este un apropiat al procurorilor Teodor Niță, de la Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Constanța și Gigi Valentin Ștefan, șeful acestui parchet și a fost delegat șef la DNA Constanța în urmă cu un an în locul fostului șef Andrei Bodean, dar nu i-a fost prelungit mandatul. Din 24 februarie, DNA Constanța este condusă de Vasile Abagiu.
Tatăl lui Mihai Stanciu este fost șef al Curții de Apel Constanța și a fost trimis în judecată și achitat într-un alt dosar cu omul de afaceri Vasile Costea, inculpat de asemenea luni și pus sub control judiciar de judecătorii Tribunalului București.
Judecătorul Nicolae Stanciu a fost acuzat că a primit șpagă mobilă de 11.000 de lei de la Vasile Costea, omul de afaceri care deține ABC Val, o firmă abonată la banii publici ai Constanței.
Reamintim că DNA a făcut, luni, 41 de percheziții în Portul Constanța și alte locații, într-un dosar cu mai mulți inculpați, acuzați de procurori de luare și dare de mită sau de abuz în serviciu.
Sunt vizați unul din șefii PSD Constanța, Ion Dumitrache, un trio de ex-vameși foarte cunoscuți pe plan local pentru influența lor în Portul Constanța (Pilcă-Bogatu-Dumitru), Vasile Costea, om de afaceri extrem de influent începând cu epoca Mazăre-Constantinescu, George Vișan, director comercial în Portul Constanța și fostă mână dreaptă a fostei administrații Mazăre, dar foarte apropiat și de actuala administrație Ion Dumitrache-Felix Stroe ș.a.
Judecătorii Tribunalului și Curții de Apel București au decis ca inculpații pentru care DNA a cerut măsura arestului preventiv să fie plasați în control judiciar.
