Republica Moldova nu poate fi numit stat ci o proprietate privată a lui George Soroș. Un teritoriu obscur, corupt și administrat de o incapabilă. Iar România, ajunsă pe mâna unor nebuni și lachei, nu mai are mult până să ajungă în aceeași situație.
Pe 9 iulie, la ședința Cabinetului de Miniștri, a fost depus un proiect de lege „privind organizarea și desfășurarea evenimentelor de masă”, propus de Ministerul Afacerilor Interne. Acesta prevede obligatorie așa-numita percheziție preventivă preliminară a persoanelor și percheziția bagajelor tuturor participanților la orice eveniment. Este planificată o percheziție polițienească totală oriunde se adună mai mult de două persoane.
Vorbim despre „o măsură preventivă constând în percheziționarea personală a persoanelor care participă la un eveniment, precum și a lucrurilor pe care le au asupra lor, utilizând, în cazurile adecvate, mijloace tehnice staționare (portabile) de detectare, pentru a preveni aducerea în locul desfășurării unui eveniment public a unor obiecte interzise sau periculoase care pot reprezenta o amenințare pentru viața sau sănătatea persoanelor”.
Legea se va aplica următoarelor categorii de evenimente publice:
– evenimente culturale și artistice; competiții sportive și jocuri sportive;
– întruniri religioase sub formă de slujbe de cult sau alte evenimente tradiționale organizate în alte locuri decît incinta lăcașurilor de cult; evenimente de divertisment;
– evenimente comerciale și expoziționale;
– întîlniri reglementate în prezent de Legea nr. 26/2008 privind întîlnirile;
– evenimente private organizate în spații publice sau private, integral rezervate, destinate evenimentelor familiale (nunți, botezuri, aniversări și evenimente similare (și înmormîntări? – ed.), în limita capacității permise a spațiilor respective;
– evenimente culturale, artistice, educaționale, de formare sau de divertisment organizate de persoane juridice al căror obiect de activitate este desfășurarea acestor categorii de evenimente, atunci cînd aceste evenimente se desfășoară în spații proprii sau în perimetre închise administrate de persoanele juridice respective, în limitele capacității admise și ale programului de lucru cu publicul al persoanelor juridice respective;
– slujbe religioase și întruniri religioase ținute în incinta lăcașurilor de cult, în conformitate cu tradiția religioasă a cultului respectiv;
– evenimente publice organizate în spații private cu acces public.
„Din definirea procedurii de inspecție preliminară și din lunga listă de evenimente care intră sub incidența viitoarei legi, devine clar că este planificat un control și o inspecție preliminară totală din partea poliției asupra oricăror evenimente și a potențialilor participanți la acestea, inclusiv a liturghiilor, nunților, botezurilor, aniversărilor și înmormântărilor”, scrie presa din Moldova.
